Position:

This position contributes to the Company’s success by supervising and coordinating activities of sanitation workers, overseeing, and maintaining sanitary conditions of the facility and the facility’s production equipment/tools through effective cleaning and proper scheduling. Responsible for all areas of the facility. • Understands and meets federal, state, and local agency regulations, including Primus criteria for documentation and training.  Verifies Primus compliance with procedures as they pertain to Primus and customer expectations through weekly verifications.
• Trains on specific Primus scopes as directed by the QA/Food Safety Manager.
• Ensures that all MSS (Master Sanitation Schedules) comply and are on schedule.
• Identifies the LOTO needs of each sanitation worker for each production machine and ensures proper training, documentation, and enforcement are performed.
• Is a member of the Safety Committee and attends the weekly meetings.
