Hire Opportunity Scholarship Program in honor of Sherita Jackson-Gardner

Sherita Jackson-Gardner was dedicated to giving people the best opportunity for a great future. As a talent coordinator in the Nashville branch, she welcomed talent and guided them with great care through the application process. Sherita was passionate about education, continuous learning and skills enhancement. She passed away suddenly in 2018. We are reimagining the scholarship created in her name to better serve our talent with funding for educational opportunities.

The Scholarship is open to all Hire Dynamics Talent who want to gain career-advancing skills. To quality, talent must be:

  • Employed through Hire Dynamics on a full-time assignment.
  • Actively working through Hire Dynamics for 30 consecutive workdays.
  • In good starting with our client.
  • Currently enrolled in a training/certification course or community college.

Educational pursuit must fall within one of the Hire Dynamics lines of business:

  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics and e-commerce
  • Contact Centers
  • Office
