By providing career advocacy and continuous training, we attract great people at every level of the organization who remain loyal to our company.

The mission of Junior Achievement (JA) aligns with Hire Dynamics’ commitment to education. Teaching children about employment is a huge step in ensuring financially responsible and aware adults. The JA BizTown program helps young people prepare for the real world. They learn how to manage finances, how jobs create strong communities and experience entrepreneurial thinking.

Hire Dynamics is proud to sponsor the 3rd Annual Richard Sheltra Memorial 10K, 5K, & Fun Run on September 12th in Pineville, NC. This Event honors a local fallen firefighter, Mr. Richard Sheltra (brother of Tyler Sheltra, Hire Dynamics’ Branch Manager in Ballantyne, NC) of the Pineville Volunteer Fire Department. All proceeds will benefit the “Richard Sheltra Memorial Foundation.” This Foundation is designed to purchase New Turnout Gear and provide Educational Scholarships for first responders.   • Mentorship Program:
    • Hire Dynamics believes in the continuous development of our PEOPLE. Our goal is to implement meaningful D&I programs to provide opportunities for our employees to engage in personal and professional development. Mentoring taps into the existing knowledge, skills and experiences of our employees and transfers these skills in order to advance growth.
  • Sherita Jackson-Gardner Scholarship Program
    • Sherita Jackson-Gardner was dedicated to giving people the best opportunity for a great future. As a talent coordinator in the Nashville branch, she welcomed talent and guided them with great care through the application process. Sherita was passionate about education, continuous learning and skills enhancement. She passed away suddenly in 2018. We are reimagining the scholarship created in her name to better serve our talent with funding for educational opportunities.
