Dan Campbell – Founder, Executive Chairman
Dan Campbell founded Hire Dynamics in 2001 with his former college roommate and friend, Jon Neff. The two wanted to build a staffing company known as the loyalty leader for clients, employees and talent based on performance, and that has indeed become Hire Dynamics’ calling card. Highly active in the staffing industry, Dan serves on the Board of the American Staffing Association (ASA) and is the immediate past Chairman, he also serves on the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Southern Seven Board of Directors and is the 2nd Vice Chairman. Dan is recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the Staffing Industry by Staffing Industry Review (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011) and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Atlanta by Business to Business magazine in 2007.
Prior to starting Hire Dynamics, Dan was the CEO of an award-winning staffing company based in Los Angeles, California. Previous roles also include Director of Business Planning for AHL Services and an investment banker in the Corporate Finance Group of Price Waterhouse. Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA from Millsaps College where he attended on a scholarship and played basketball.
Ever the family man, Dan and his wife, Christy, have two young and equally active boys, Emmett and Andrew. They keep Dan busy outside the office and on the playing field with their soccer, baseball and basketball commitments.
Larry Feinstein – Chief Executive Officer
Larry Feinstein joined Hire Dynamics in 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer to lead the company into its next phase of growth. His focus on client service, marketplace expansion, and industry innovation has resulted in company advancement and industry leader achievement. Larry lead the charge in Hire Dynamics’ largest acquisition of StaffMasters, more than doubling the size of the company and making it one of the Top 5 Staffing companies in the Southeastern U.S. With Larry’s leadership, the company has been able to maintain its “Best Places to Work” honors and top 2% ranking in the staffing industry. Larry currently serves on the Board of the Gwinnett Chamber and Next Generation Manufacturing.
His passion for developing people and building a winning work culture has been the cornerstone of Larry’s success. Prior to Hire Dynamics, Larry was Senior Vice President of Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) responsible for a global business serving over 8,000 clients and 800,000 employees. In his award-winning 26-year career at ADP, he held sales leadership positions in small, major and national accounts; driving high growth through attracting and developing top talent.
When not building culture and camaraderie at work, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, Mindy, and two children, Sam and Leah. He enjoys sports and exercise, and is active in charitable efforts for causes related to Autism and the American Heart Association. He recently developed a program specifically designed to allow Autistic adults the opportunity for meaningful employment, called Spectrum Careers in Manufacturing.
Jon Neff – Chief Financial Officer
Joining forces with former college roommate, Dan Campbell, in 2001, Jon Neff launched Hire Dynamics on the premise that great companies to work for are also great leaders of industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant and active in his field, holding memberships with both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Georgia Society of CPAs. He currently serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of Georgia, 21st Century Leaders, and is a past Board member of the Atlanta Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and the Georgia Chamber.
Prior to Hire Dynamics, Jon spent eight years with KPMG as a Senior Manager in the assurance practice primarily working with public and private companies in the high-tech industry and spent two years at KPMG’s office in London. Jon graduated with high honors (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting from Millsaps College and earned his Executive MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2012.
An active father who is literally on the run, Jon spends his family time at Boy Scout meetings and anything outdoors – skiing, tennis, swimming, hiking – with his wife, Merri, and children, Sam and Lily. An avid runner, Jon has completed eight marathons.
Kim Wallace – Executive Vice President
Kim has served in the Staffing Industry for the last 19 years. She is responsible for leading all locations for Hire Dynamics and StaffMasters. Prior to joining Hire Dynamics, Kim was Vice President of the Southeast Region for a national staffing company responsible for 27 offices and 6,000 daily associates. Kim has also served as a Regional Manager for a national provider in Atlanta providing sales and service support for a wide variety of clients in call center, manufacturing and logistics. Prior to the staffing industry, Kim held management, sales and client service positions at Georgia Pacific for 10 years in their paper and tissue division. Currently Kim serves on the board for the Upstate Alliance in S.C., is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), CSCMP, N.C. Regional Partnership, and Buckhead Business Association.
Celeste Bottorff – Strategy and Marketing
Celeste has assisted Hire Dynamics with strategy and marketing initiatives as an advisory board member for 16 years. She joined Hire Dynamics in a larger role in 2016 after 17 years with The Coca-Cola Company, most recently serving as Vice President, Health and Wellbeing Initiatives after many years of marketing experience in Coca-Cola’s North America operations. Celeste is a former consultant with McKinsey & Co., where she worked in both the technology and marketing practices. She is a graduate of Purdue University and the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia.
Sonya Buckley – Chief People Office
Sonya is a Staffing Industry Professional with over 20 years of experience in the Atlanta market. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a Senior Executive leading talent acquisitions, training and development, and HR. Sonya has a proven track record for leadership in professional recruitment, branch management, business development, and account management. She specializes in “Topgrading” hiring methodologies, retention strategies, client and employee development, and creating a “Best Places to Work” culture. Prior to joining the Hire Dynamics team in 2005, Sonya spent seven years with Randstad and two years with Spherion in various sales/management roles. She is a Penn State graduate.
Andi Haynes – Director of On-sites
Andi directs the development of our employee engagement programs to cultivate loyalty and commitment within our on-site service teams. As a highly-skilled leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, recruiting, employee relations and program development, Andi also provides expertise in strategic onsite staffing solutions that help HD clients operate more efficiently while increasing their productivity. Andi spent 10 years with Randstad where she held multiple mid-to-senior level management positions in operations and sales including HR Solutions Manager, Senior Account Manager and National Operations Manager. Her responsibilities extended from operational policies and procedures, customer reporting compliance, turnover management to development of national workforce solutions, liaison with field operations, and guidance and direction to On-site agents. She joined Hire Dynamics in 2007, as the Risk and Safety Manager. She is now responsible for leading Hire Dynamics’ On-site Operations. Andi is a graduate of Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia. She also has OSHA 30 certification and is CSP Certified.
Ramona Burle – Vice President of Atlanta Operations
With over 15 years experience in the staffing industry, Ramona spent 7 years with a regional staffing company in Sales and Operations. She joined Hire Dynamics in 2006, as the Operations Manager for the Gwinnett Branch. Her passion for excellence in the areas of recruitment, business development, strategic planning and team leadership allows her to further develop her market as Area Manager. She takes great pride in building strong partnerships with her customers to help them in achieving their business goals. Ramona recently graduated from the Achieva Pathbuilders Program and is CSP Certified.
