• Customer Interaction:

• Order Management: 

Process, input, and track customer orders, ensuring all special requests are noted. 

• Shipment Coordination: 

Liaise with forwarders and the warehouse team to schedule deliveries and confirm shipment readiness. 

• Issue Resolution: 

Address and resolve complaints related to billing, service failures, or product issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. 

• Documentation: 

Prepare and handle shipping and delivery documents and maintain inventory records. 

• Information Sharing: 

Update customers on order statuses, shipping information, and any changes affecting their deliveries. 

• Reporting: 

Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) or other metrics as required by management. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer Service: Strong communication, problem-solving, patience, and empathy are crucial. 
• Organization: High levels of organization and attention to detail are necessary for managing orders and documentation. 
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is often beneficial.
