• 48 Hour week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)

Employee must be familiar with the operation of all 4 filling machines and be capable of operating each machine at the goal productivity level. Employee must coordinate with batch maker and production utility employees engaged in production line activities to ensure that Company policies regarding safety, housekeeping, quality, cost and production are met.. He/she is responsible for machine trouble shooting and coordinating machine set-up and minor repair with maintenance

All activities to perform the job including but not limited to:

• Obtain and follow proper filling instructions to include correct batch ticket, correct pallet, date codes, completed line change over form
•  Perform 1st “Perfect Appearance Audits” as required, including 1st and last case inspections
• Identify proper product delivery system
• Set up and change over equipment to include but not limited to:
  -Purging
  -Nest Plate Selection
  -Reservoir Cleaning
  -Bag Changes Selection of correct Valve or Drum systems to deliver product to filler
  -Perform preventative maintenance function
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Must be familiar with sampling procedures, pipe and valve changes
• Knowledge of programming of container, and carton coding devices
• Must perform minor/routine equipment adjustments
• Knowledge of master and fill rexes and understanding of the entire batch ticket
• Responsibility for cleanliness of production area during and immediately following assigned shift.
• Performance of Quality Inspections and retain collection

1. Purchase MRO materials, indirect supplies, and services
   • This includes replenishing inventory needs of storeroom, emergency parts orders, and maintaining accurate pricing and terms on PO’s established by Company policy
   • Insure the set-up of new parts in MRO inventory & Oracle system accurately
2. Manage MRO budget dollars, inventory turns and inventory accuracy.
   • Will work to reduce MRO inventory dollars, manage reorder levels and quantities to prevent excess inventory and parts obsolescence.  Ensure inventory accuracy by proper issuing of parts and cycle counts.
3. Communicate with vendors by telephone, email, fax or in person to order parts, to monitor vendor managed parts & services, to check order status and/or resolve issues.
   • Communicate, written and verbally, with vendors, contractors and other service providers to ensure order accuracy, establish timelines, pricing negotiations, resolve conflicts and provide feedback on supplier performance.
4. Organize and maintain storeroom to provide an efficient system for stocking inventory.
   • Ensure parts are set and organized to optimize storeroom space and allow personnel to find and issue parts quickly and efficiently.
   • Ensure the adherence to proper housekeeping standards in the storeroom.
   • Store purchased parts in the storeroom bins and issue part to employees upon request.
   • Manage and keep records of parts received and issued.
   • Conduct inventory (cycle count) of parts periodically
5. Manage Asset Management System
   • Complete accurate entry of information into asset management system
   • Track MRO usage to individual asset
   • Maintain proper Asset Inventory/Asset Tagging
6. Maintain work order system for maintenance department (CMMS)
   • Receive all work orders from requesting departments and review for scheduling.
   • Record repair tie expended by mechanics to machine level
   • Review work order parts needs and established timetables for completion
   • Work with Maintenance Supervisor on work order scheduling
   • Conduct weekly scheduling meeting.
   • Control and manage maintenance functions through CMMS.

Hire Dynamics is currently hiring Clamp Forklift Operators to take on day shift job opportunities in Charleston.  These are career opportunities that are part of a cross dock operation supporting a large retail distribution center.  

Pay:  $20.00 for 1st shift  (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift:  6:30am - 4:00pm (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

Job Duties as a Clamp Forklift Operator for Hire Dynamics:

• unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products.
• unloading containers using Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), by hand when needed, repalletizing products, and loading into semi trucks.
• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
