Over more than 16 years of service to Hire Dynamics, Buckley transformed the company’s talent acquisition process to support tremendous growth and scale, establishing a deep bench of talent and reducing open positions. She has been integral in developing a company culture that supports a growth mindset, customer success and simplicity. Supporting all Hire Dynamics branches, she provides local leadership with tools to identify and recruit top talent while making the hiring process more efficient through “top grading” methodologies, which drive quality performance and stronger financial results. In 2020, Buckley was named one of three finalists for Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year in the HR Excellence program from the Atlanta Business Chronicle and SHRM-Atlanta (Society for Human Resource Management).
