Job Purpose:

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Track orders and investigates problems.

-Performs physical count of inventory to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

-Reconciles actual stock count.

-Ensure all records are up to date and accurate including equipment files.

-Match vendor confirmations to orders placed for accuracy of cost, ship dates, quantity, item#, ship to and enter this information into the database.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma, Associate degree or some college preferred.

-Purchasing & Inventory Control experience preferred

-Comfortable dealing with vendors on the phone or in person

-Intermediate use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent

-Time Management Skills

-Highly organized and capable of multitasking to meet deadlines.

-Critical thinking skills to manage inventory discrepancies, etc.

-Intermediate QuickBooks experience preferred.

-Welding and Fabrication experience
