Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Technical Team Lead will follow all the established procedures and policies while operating and maintaining complex machinery. This position will also result in leading employees in day-to-day operations along with assisting the Production Supervisor to ensure all employees work safely and follow safety procedures and policies.
