Warehouse Coordinator / Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator/Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role will work closely with the Commercial Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy, timely receiving, and efficient order preparation for project deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders; inspect products, update inventory records, and apply labels as needed

  • Record inventory transactions, shipment details, and related data in warehouse systems

  • Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues to management

  • Prepare and fulfill customer orders according to specifications, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch for deliveries and pickups

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse team members

  • Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently

  • Follow warehouse procedures and safety regulations consistently

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal

  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or coordinator

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace

  • Comfortable operating basic warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)

Job Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or administrative support (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Basic understanding of inventory management systems or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods

  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a fast-paced setting
