Hours: Day Shift- 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday with overtime as needed Pay: $23 (possibility to increase once hired on permanently) Job Responsibilities: Purchase MRO materials, indirect supplies, and services This includes replenishing inventory needs of storeroom, emergency parts orders, and maintaining accurate pricing and terms on PO’s established by Company policy Insure the set-up of new parts in MRO inventory & Oracle system accurately Manage MRO budget dollars, inventory turns and inventory accuracy. Will work to reduce MRO inventory dollars, manage reorder levels and quantities to prevent excess inventory and parts obsolescence. Ensure inventory accuracy by proper issuing of parts and cycle counts. Communicate with vendors by telephone, email, fax or in person to order parts, to monitor vendor managed parts & services, to check order status and/or resolve issues. Communicate, written and verbally, with vendors, contractors and other service providers to ensure order accuracy, establish timelines, pricing negotiations, resolve conflicts and provide feedback on supplier performance. Organize and maintain storeroom to provide an efficient system for stocking inventory. Ensure parts are set and organized to optimize storeroom space and allow personnel to find and issue parts quickly and efficiently. Ensure the adherence to proper housekeeping standards in the storeroom. Store purchased parts in the storeroom bins and issue part to employees upon request. Manage and keep records of parts received and issued. Conduct inventory (cycle count) of parts periodically Manage Asset Management System Complete accurate entry of information into asset management system Track MRO usage to individual asset Maintain proper Asset Inventory/Asset Tagging Maintain work order system for maintenance department (CMMS) Receive all work orders from requesting departments and review for scheduling. Record repair tie expended by mechanics to machine level Review work order parts needs and established timetables for completion Work with Maintenance Supervisor on work order scheduling Conduct weekly scheduling meeting. Control and manage maintenance functions through CMMS.
