Concord Hire Dynamics has a great opportunity for temp to hire Loader/Unloader. Shift: Tuesday – Friday 7 am – 7 pm Pay: $15.50 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Physically move inventory from inbound trailers to outbound trailers with the aid of pallet jack or other equipment and as instructed by the client through the client’s proprietary computer system. • Scan all LPNs and pallet tags into appropriate outbound trailer using handheld scanner. • Load Freight in a manner that maximizes trailer cube • Accurately count and track all POs (purchase orders) and quantities associated with the inbounding and relocation of product. • Follow work instructions received either verbally or through written instructions. • When working with a team, communicate with team members concerning tasks and priorities. • Sort and segregate freight by purchase order, account for all cases, create a LPN to move or facilitate the movement of goods to an OB load. The OB loading will require the physical use of physical labor to load the goods. • Rotate to different areas of the dock as assigned and dictated by operational needs. • Understands and complies with established production standards. Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be able to operate or be trained to operate a handheld scanner. • Must be able to read to ensure correct label information and relocation. • Effective verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. • Be able to demonstrate basic math skills, which include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide three digit numbers.
