Select and load appropriate abrasive media based on surface type and desired finish. Adjust machine settings like pressure, blast pattern, and polishing wheel configurations. Monitor machine operation, identifying and addressing any malfunctions. Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining specialized machinery used to clean and finish surfaces of metal or other materials through blasting techniques (like sand blasting) and polishing processes.
