Hours: 7am-3:30pm Day Shift (Monday-Friday) Pay: $18 hr+ depending on experience (possibility to increase once hired on permanently) Job Responsibilities: Inspect and approve all incoming piece parts by confirming specifications Conducting visual and measurements Inspect final cabinet for functionality and presentation Verify final cabinet assembly and that it complies with the bill of materials (BOM) Place non-conforming piece parts and productions cabinets on hold and ensure serialization matches system records Communicate quality issues with production and retest Document production issues and highlight recurring problems to management Direct audit activities commensurate with production schedules Support production lead and technicians for interpretation and method following set standards Responsible for identifying and executing continuous improvement projects and resolving recurring issues to increase overall plant effectiveness Assist in creating and updating procedures and or work instructions for cabinet assemblies, subassemblies, and inspections Enter daily inspections to QA logs, troubleshoot both hardware and electrical Read wire harness diagram Identify discrepancy and design CAPA program Bridge the gap between shop and engineering to ensure drawings are updated appropriately Qualifications and Experience: Decision Making Responsibilities: Production QC has the authority to stop production if they notice a defect in the product. This includes supervisors, line workers, and even warehouse employees. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in the gaming industry and or manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of MS office.
