Pay: Based on experience Direct Hire Position: This position’s role is to maintain the daily operations of the elevator’s physical plant. The Elevator Operator reports to the Elevator Foreman and will provide lead supervisor guidance in the absence of the Elevator Foreman. This position is 90 to 95% physical labor and, 5 to 10% sedentary clerical work. Travel is minimal. This position proactively supports all company needs Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance Grain Loading/unloading. Grain Quality Control Office/Clerical responsibility Job Requirements Qualifications and Education Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; 5+ years of direct experience is recommended in lieu of educational achievements beyond high school. The position requires working knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and equipment. To perform fumigation without supervision, a pesticide applicator’s license is required within 90 days of employment. Knowledge of grain is recommended but not required.
