Complete and send the daily delivery schedule and projection to each carrier as directed. Fill out all required record including the seal log and other records. Follow work instructions received either in verbal or written form. Coordinate cube and weight requirements with the receiving teams to ensure weight, cube, and productivity goals can be achieved. Proficient operation of WMS (Warehouse Management System) Work independently with minimal direction Shipping Receiving Coordinator Qualifications: Possess a complete understanding of all legal loading requirements to meet FDA and DOT requirements Read English words, simple sentences, and numbers on documents to properly process inbound receiving bill packages, read reports, and control old freight by reading the shipping labels Basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of 3 number digits Experience with generating reports, creating labels, and data entry Must have a full understanding of Freight Bills/Delivery Receipts and terms to properly prepare a bill package based on the Operational Compliance Review criterion.
