Hire Dynamics is hiring for a Packaging I Position for the Adel Area!

Shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm, 2.2.3 Swing Shift

Pay: $17.00

Purpose of Packaging I is to package agricultural chemicals under the direction of an Operator or Supervisor. As a packaging worker, duties will include handling boxes, jugs and other materials associated with packing operations. Compliance with site conduct, safety, security & environmental protection rules. Adhere to quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

– Various duties in support of formulation & packaging operations including batching, labeling, pulling, capping, boxing, wiping, stacking, etc.

– Maintain good housekeeping standards.

– Regular lifting and handling of material.

– Adhere to quality and productivity standards.

Required Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or equivalent.

– Must be willing to work 10-12 hour rotating hour shifts and weekends.

– Successful background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen required.

– Must adhere to high safety and quality standards. – Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out instructions and training received.

– Demonstrated ability to comprehend basic arithmetic functions. – Manufacturing experienced preferred.

– Climbing stairs up and down periodically required to perform the role

– Ability to lift at a minimum 50 lbs.
