Job Posting: Machine Operator

Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Machine Operator job in Graham, NC. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for safely operating a machine or equipment, which is producing or processing aluminum parts. Set up routine jobs as well as non-routine jobs on machines that the employee is trained for. Moving material using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment to include, manufactured products, waste materials, metal scrap etc. to its assigned areas. Pay: $15-$16.50

Shift:    5AM – 3PM,

            3PM – 1:30AM

            7PM – 5:30AM

 Responsibilities for this Machine Operator job include:

• Accurate and safe machine operation; required to follow all safety processes and protocol
• Prepare and load parts onto and off machines as required
• Must be able to run product at desired rate
• Able to do complete set up of assigned machine centers as required
• Accountable for correctly recording and reporting data as required
• Should be actively involved in Continuous Improvement within the area to promote safety, quality, throughput, and the addition of any new equipment
• Clean machine and work area at end of shift
• Responsible for routine and periodic inspection and maintenance of machinery and or equipment, I            ncluding general cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments, minor repairs, and immediate reporting of conditions that may lead to equipment breakdown and or failure
• Other duties as assigned
