Pay: $21 Shift: 4:30pm – 1:00am; M-F Responsibilities for this Welder job include:• Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding.• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding as necessary.• Inspect materials for defects and report any issues to supervisors.• Ensure the quality and accuracy of welds, meeting both internal and industry standards.• Conduct inspections of completed welds for structural integrity and visual defects.• Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly.• Report any malfunctions or need for repairs to supervisors.• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
