Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual: (English & Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up production line (Material, Ingredients, Fruit ect.)
• Set up line machines (Evo, Pro-Seal, Labeler, Printers, Tapers ect.)
• Properly adjust machine settings.
• Inspect line with precision.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix minor issues that might occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot any mistakes or flaws that may cause down time.
• Input all information (Pack Dates, Best By Dates, Lot Numbers ect.)
• Verify information is correct.
• Constantly checking weights.
• Keep records of daily waste.
• Keep records of daily rework for each product ran.
• Cleaning and maintaining of entire line and all machines on the line.
• Machine calibrating.
• Operate complex machinery safely, accurate and efficiently.
• Load production lines with raw ingredients and materials if needed.
• Verify final counts on product being packed.
• Able to identify machine malfunctions.
• Keep track of all production start and end times daily.
• Keep track of all minor and major issues that occur daily.
