The ideal Production Worker candidate will be comfortable working long hours (10-12 per night), understand that the position is very physically demanding (the majority of their shift will require standing, bending, crouching, and understands that working directly with concrete is very loud and dirty work. The 3rd shift position is Sunday – Thursday and starts at 6pm daily with no set end time (they work each night until the work is done).
