Job Posting: Production Associate

Hire Dynamics has Production Associate opportunities available in the West Union/Oconee County, SC area!  These are long-term opportunities with the possibility of being hired on in a permanent capacity.  If you’re looking for a Production opportunity with great pay with little to no required experience, and in a climate controlled environment, we want to get you working!

As an Production Associate, you will perform a wide variety of assembly operations by following methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing on assembly units.

Pay: $16.75/hr – $19.25/hr (depends on shift).  

Overtime is expected and is an opportunity for you to earn even more money during the holidays!!

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 

• A – Sun-Wed, 8:00pm-6:30am  
• B – Mon-Thurs, 6:30am-5:00pm 
• C – Thurs-Sun, 8:00pm-8:00am 
• D – Fri-Sun, 8:00am-8:00pm
• All shifts require overtime as needed

Production Associate Responsibilities: 

• Follow work instructions to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or routes and connect wires appropriately
• Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place
• Meet production requirements set by our client
• Follow safety standards and policies
