Join material using adhesive and clamps Measure components and finished project/product using a variety of measuring devices to ensure correct dimensions within required tolerances Complete roll tooling changeovers using hand tools and maintain equipment, supplies and machinery safely Troubleshoot machinery, material, saw, measuring equipment and tooling and making adjustments needed for successful completion of project Visually inspect extrusions and check against blueprints/technical drawings and report defects Participate in continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing activities Perform all work in a safe manner; use proper lock-out procedures during repairs or machine adjustments Operation of a CNC Plasma, Oxy fuel burning machine or CNC milling machine Ensures that the machine is in proper running condition and the machine and torches are square before operation of machine APPLY NOW!
