Job Posting: 1st Shift Inbound – Lumper

Hire Dynamics has openings in Anderson, SC office for Lumpers/Distribution Operators on 1st shift. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package — medical/dental/vision coverage, and earned vacation/holiday pay.

Shift Hours:
1st Shift: Monday –Friday 6:30am-3:00pm with occasional mandatory overtime staying over till 4pm and/or weekends.

Pay:

1st Shift – $19/hr peak season pay till July 1st, then it will drop down to $17 an hour.

Scope:

Ensure the smooth continuous flow of the distribution center by unloading trailers of various powertools and materials onto pallets while giving due diligence to safety, quality, and performance rate.

Job Requirements:

Must demonstrate proficiency in unloading trailers and hitting specific rates and job metrics, while maintaining good attendance.

Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish tasks such as lifting, lowering, and using manual pallet jacks.

Must possess cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.

Capable of working in a standing position 100% of the time.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.

Maintain clean and orderly work area.

Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
