Job Posting: Maintenance Technician

Maintenance tech level 1,2,3 Shift: 1st Shift: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, OT on Saturdays 3rd Shift: M-F 10:30pm-7:00am, OT on Saturdays Pay: Starting $20 -increase with Levels Weekly pay Responsibilities: Demonstrate basic maintenance skills. Demonstrative ability on completing preventive maintenance work orders for all production equipment. Qualifications Entry Level: High School Diploma, minimum two years of manufacturing maintenance setting, preferably chemical. Ability to bend and lifting 50 pounds. Experience with PC. Ability to issue purchases and orders. Ability to look up and check parts out of the storeroom. Ability to complete work orders including comments and parts associated with the work order. Technician Level 2: includes entry level duties plus, skills for basic motors controls. knowledge Rotary fillers, Inline fillers, Rotary capers, Inline cappers, Labelers, Print and apply box labelers, Videojet Systems, Printers, Tape sealers, Bottle erectors, Case erectors, Rebuild diaphragm pump. Minimum years of experience 1-2. Technician Level 3: includes Entry Level, Technician Level 2, plus: Four-year degree or technical maintenance certificate. Minimum of 5 years in maintenance setting. Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings. Ability to use voltage, gas detection, combustion, and air quality meters. knowledge of the following equipment: Inline & rotary fillers, Motor and gearbox alignment techniques, Vision systems, Compressor & dryers, Moisture Separators, Palletizers, stretch wrappers, Case Packers, and other systems.
