Recently, Hire Dynamics executive vice president, Kim Wallace, was recognized as one of the top three honorees at the New York Life Women’s Event on April 13th. The event held in Atlanta celebrated Women’s History Month and was a fantastic opportunity to network and mingle amongst the city’s most successful women who have a positive impact on the community. This was our first time participating and we could not think of a better nominee than Kim. With more than 30 nominations, Kim’s achievements inside and out of the office truly deserve to be honored. Kim has worked in the staffing industry for nearly two decades. As our EVP, she is a true servant leader, creating a constructive culture that has provided our company with recognition for several years since her involvement beginning in 2007. Responsible for leading all Hire Dynamic locations and branch offices, Kim’s role involves annual sales growth, positive motivational influence to reinforce our company culture, building emotional connections with clients, and assisting with the addition of our newest equity partner.
