Shift is Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Using a reach truck proactively monitor Warehouse Management Systems to ensure all items are stored correctly (putaway), all replenishment orders are properly moved to the correct picking locations and empty pallets are removed and staged in correct areas.
• Using a standup counterbalance forklift/clamp truck, proactively monitor Warehouse Management Systems unload incoming products, verify, and label product correctly and accurately. Ensure all customers orders are loaded correctly/accurately by customer standards on trailers
• Using an order picker (cherry picker); proactively monitor Warehouse Management Systems to ensure all items are stored correctly, all replenishment orders are properly moved to the correct picking locations and perform inventory cycle counts when needed
• Ability to consistently lift up 20-25 lbs.

• Prepare for next shift by ensuring sufficient supplies are present, area and trash containers are clean, Marsh printer is reset, and rework is complete.

Summary of Position: The primary function of an accounts receivable specialist is to manage billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. The AR specialist ensures timely collection of outstanding invoices, resolving payment discrepancies while providing support to maintain a strong cash flow.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Control Technician

§ Verify, inspect and record all grinder/dump executions and packing line changes during the course of a day. 

§ Perform quality checks (roast color, % moisture, grind analysis, dust content, weights, etc.) of product soon after a grinder/packing line has undergone an item change.

§ Document results of quality checks

§ Identify and segregate nonconforming goods for proper disposition and notify QA Supervisor or Lead QA Technician

§ Visually inspect returned goods delivered by warehouse and, if necessary, perform analysis on goods and record results

§ Determine disposition of returned goods

§ Receive and analyze certain customer complaints

§ Retrieve production samples (after deemed acceptable) of each blend and forward to Cupping Lab for sensory analysis

§ Log blend change samples and quality issues for ISO purposes

§ Ensure physical blend "target" samples are properly maintained and updated

§ Perform general daily housekeeping in work area to maintain a quality/safe working environment

§ Collect, organize and set up product samples for sensory cupping
