ATLANTA (Sept. 4, 2019) – Hire Dynamics (hiredynamics.com), a 10-time winner of ClearlyRated’s Best in Staffing award for superior service as rated by both clients and talent, today announced it has promoted William Costolnick to Chief Financial Officer. Costolnick, formerly Vice President of Finance at Hire Dynamics, will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, legal and insurance matters, as well as managing IT and facilities functions. Jon Neff, Hire Dynamics’ co-founder and previous CFO, will continue to oversee Hire Dynamics’ growth in his role as COO which was announced in February 2019.

Before joining Hire Dynamics, Costolnick was at Lexis/Nexis Risk Solutions for eight years in positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Finance. His experience also includes finance roles with PrintPack, Inc. and Grant Thornton’s Audit Practice. He is a CPA with an MBA in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.  He is a graduate of the McCracken Alliance Leadership in Finance program and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
