Talent Focus Group Gives Feedback in Greenville By Hire Dynamics CATEGORY: Blog POSTED: September 22, 2015 We’re all looking to better ourselves, and that is no different than what we are striving for at Hire Dynamics. Our Greenville branch recently conducted a focus group with several HD Talent in a periodic exercise we do to gain real-time, valuable feedback from those in a position to know. We selected about 25 Talent from various job sites to join us for a Talent Focus Group and invited them to speak openly about their experience with HD (good and bad) in an effort to help us with continuous improvement. The Talent who participated were treated to a catered dinner in our new branch office, followed by a Q&A roundtable discussion asking questions about their on-the-job-experience and their perceptions of HD. We also raffled prizes – a popular part of the evening. “The purpose of holding the Talent Focus Group was to bring together both internal Hire Dynamics staff and our talent to better understand, relate and improve the working relationship we have,” says Greenville Branch Manager Tanya Carter. “It is also an important opportunity to connect with our talent and show appreciation for their work and representation of our company at various client sites. They work hard and we need to recognize that.” Talent represented various job site locations, including Blackboard, VLS Recovery, Sweet Streets, Saddlecreek, VF Jeanswear, Hilton Displays and Pratt. Overall, the feedback was very positive with HD scorecard ranking averages of mostly 9 and 10 out of 10. Comments included excellent feedback on HD recruiters and how they feel appreciated at their current job. The job experience is going well across the board, the HD application process is detailed and runs smoothly, and we ranked well among other staffing agency experiences. Recommendations focused around pay rates and wages, which is something we are always striving to improve. It was a fun, entertaining and informative way to honor one of the most important parts of the HD family – our talent! In the words of one participant: “It’s just amazing how well this company works.” We feel that What We Do Matters and strive for everyone to have this opinion of us, so we’ll work to make it so.
