Scott Roth Roth propels consistent growth for companies and clients by building production-based programs, applying deep knowledge of and analysis of industry trends, and strategic planning and forecasting. He also dedicates himself to shepherding the next generation of leaders and fostering growth within the teams he oversees. Before joining Hire Dynamics, Roth held leadership positions including COO and later CEO of Trace Staffing Solutions prior to its acquisition in 2019. He grew accounts by providing strategic talent solutions to companies. He also spent 15 years building top-performing sales teams and creating a loyal employee and customer following in the industrial field. Roth earned his bachelor’s degree in communications, physical education from the University of Maryland, College Park. He has previously served as a board member for South University in Savannah.
