Kim Wallace Over her 14 years with Hire Dynamics, Wallace has been an energetic force behind its industry-surpassing double-digit growth, consistently engaging with branch leaders, clients and prospects to proactively support their success. Her contributions to the Hire Dynamics culture are visible in the company’s ranking as a ClearlyRated “Best of Staffing for Client & Talent Satisfaction” for 13 years in a row and named a “Best Place to Work” 39 times across several branches. In 2019, Wallace was recognized as one of Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing. Wallace had extensive multi-location management experience before joining Hire Dynamics, serving as a regional vice president of the southeast for a national staffing company and as a regional manager for a national call center, manufacturing and logistics firm. She also deepened her industry knowledge through sales and client service roles at Georgia Pacific. Active in her local and business communities, Wallace serves on the board for the South Carolina Upstate Alliance economic development organization and volunteers with the Next Generation Manufacturing (NGM) Women in Manufacturing committee and Junior Achievement of Georgia. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the North Carolina Regional Partnership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Georgia Southern University.
