Job Posting: Maintenance Tech

Employbridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience in industrial maintenance, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues. Payrates based on shift/experience.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies.
• Calibrate, adjust, and maintain machinery to production specifications.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems; electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work around manufacturing equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to interview directly with management.
