Factory Sales Associate (Hourly)

Location: Georgia Operations

We're looking for a customer-focused Factory Sales Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales, maintaining inventory, merchandising products, handling cash and deposits, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail, clerical, or customer service experience
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle sales transactions accurately

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional work in a warehouse environment
