This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for ensuring tooling accuracy and maintaining high product quality standards. Accuracy is essential, as errors in this role can directly impact—and potentially stop—production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision-based work, problem-solving, and working independently in a clean, structured lab environment. Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks and inspections on tooling and product samples Prepare and produce sample packaging units Create and process rubber “blankets” (laminated tooling materials) Apply rubber to tooling to protect cutting blades and frames Remove excess material not required for production Operate cutting equipment using digital design files (basic computer input required) Assemble sample boxes (cutting, folding, and gluing as needed) Support engineering team with lab-related tasks Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all processes Daily Production Expectations Produce 0–10 rubber blankets per day Complete approximately 20 samples per day Perform tooling-related tasks 2–3 times per week, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per task Job Requirements Inspection Apply Now
