Job Overview

Hire Dynamics is looking for a dependable and safety-focused High Bay Forklift Operator to join our team. This position involves operating a high-reach forklift to move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a high bay/high-reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and organize materials to designated locations.
• Support production by delivering required parts and materials.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required; high bay or high-reach experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
