The operator also handles pallet movement using a forklift and performs basic machine maintenance and routine inspections. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safe forklift operation. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Load pallets or finished paper rolls onto the wrapping machine using a forklift or pallet-handling equipment. Adjust machine settings such as wrapping tension, wrap count, and film application to ensure consistent and secure wrapping. Monitor the wrapping process and identify issues with film tension, alignment, machine performance, or wrap quality. Inspect wrapped pallets/rolls for proper coverage, tightness, uniformity, and defect-free presentation before release to the warehouse. Apply labels, load tags, barcodes, or other required identification to finished wrapped pallets.
