We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that all products meet our quality standards and meet our customer requirements. This role requires strong communication, consistent documentation, and daily collaboration with production, management, and customer service teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ??? Perform and document 2–3 inspections on all production lines per shift Conduct and communicate quality training/alerts during shift meetings when needed Complete 1st piece inspection sign-offs for new parts File and maintain retain samples Approve QC Hold/BR-1 staging areas prior to finished-goods shipment Complete Nonconforming Material Reports (NCRs) for rejected material and coordinate follow-up meetings with operators/supervisors Update QC board communications and quality alerts Create Certificates of Conformance (COCs) as required by customers Complete customer-specific certification packets prior to shipment Perform material verification using shop paperwork Job Requirements Qualifications ?? To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to complete all essential duties. Requirements include: Manufacturing quality experience Strong communication skills ???
