Dye Machine Operator

Job Description

The Dye and Finishing Machine Operator reports to the Dye Department Manager and is responsible for assisting in directing and controlling processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role requires safely and efficiently operating dye and finishing equipment to ensure the client delivers the highest-quality product to its customers.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Dye/Finishing experience.
• Must have basic awareness of PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Should possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Must be able to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, and customers, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment (fork trucks, tuggers, etc.).
• Must be able to comprehend and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Must be able to work in an extremely hot environment.
• Must be self-driven and motivated.
