Job Posting: Maintenance Tech

 Need to have some industrial maintenance experience working on stationary equipmentMust have English speaking, writing, reading capabilities duties Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.  Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of Equipment performance to manufacture quality products.  Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.   Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.   Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot programmable controllers and troubleshoot and repair all A/C and D/C drives and their control system use.  Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.   Demonstrate ability to use all aspects of the maintenance software program. Demonstrate ability to plan and schedule maintenance work. Follow up all work in order to ensure repairs and work are performed properly.  equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed.
