Machine Operator – B Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our B Shift production team. In this position, you will be responsible for converting paper rolls into high-quality paperboard sheets by operating and maintaining production machinery. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used to convert paper rolls into paperboard sheets.
• Adjust machine settings such as temperature, speed, and pressure to meet product specifications.
• Continuously monitor equipment and production output to identify and correct defects.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and promptly report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Safely load and unload paper rolls using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make fast, informed decisions in a production environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and use standard hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating or fixed schedule (depending on your setup).
