Job Posting: Commerciail Painter

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm

Pay depends on experience 

•Minimum of 1 year with commercial painting. (there will be a painting test given before a position is offered) 

Key Responsibilities:
• Surface Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and
applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability.
• Painting: Apply high-quality industrial coatings and paints to metal bus enclosures,
ensuring smooth, even coverage while following safety and environmental
guidelines.
• Touch-ups and Finishing: Inspect and perform touch-ups on painted surfaces,
ensuring all areas are evenly covered and meet company standards.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of finish quality and consistency,
inspecting all painted components for defects or imperfections.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear proper protective
equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and suits, to ensure a safe working
environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain painting equipment,
such as spray guns, compressors, and other tools, ensuring they are in good working
condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including production,
assembly, and quality control staff, to meet project deadlines and production
schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of paint processes, material usage, and
any other relevant work activities for compliance and reporting purposes
