Hire Dynamics is hiring a Receptionist for one of our Warehouses clients in Gastonia, NC.  This is a career opportunities where you can grow and develop within the company.  Our client is looking to invest in hiring you! 

This position will be the front of the house for the business. Outgoing, friendly, and customer service personality is preferred. While attendance is a MUST!

Work is performed in a manufacturing and office setting that may involve exposure to high temperatures, loud machinery, and powdered materials. 

Shift Available

  • Monday-Thursday 7AM-5:30PM

$16.00

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization. 
  • Coordinate and track office supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels. 
  • Support management with document preparation and record keeping as needed.
  • Record and report any damaged or missing items to management promptly. 
  • Enter received orders into the system, create job locators, and ensure all customer items are properly tagged. 
  • Assist with outgoing shipment documentation, including the preparation of packing slips and other required paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant,
  • Front Desk Administrator, or in a similar administrative role. 
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Customer-oriented with a professional and positive demeanor. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
