Job Posting: Laser Machine Operator

Laser Operator Job Duties:

• Prepare production equipment for operation by making necessary adjustments and assisting with changeovers
• Operate laser equipment to ensure it runs efficiently and produces quality output consistently
• Maintain quality standards by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections
• Make any necessary adjustments to equipment to maintain product quality
• Maintain machine operation by solving production problems, reporting production and quality data
• Ensure operation of equipment by following preventative maintenance policies and procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed through cooperation with team members an acceptance of re-assignments as directed by supervisors

Laser Operator Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience and capability to operate Laser machine safely and efficiently while adhering to all relevant safety protocols
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, routers, and other production documents is required
• Proficiency in basic math and measurements, including the use of hand-held measuring tools required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work is required
