Overview

Description

• Type of Work: Inbound calls only (no outbound unless, returning a call)

• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (staggered schedules) ONSITE

• Call Volume: 20+ calls daily / Once open enrollment starts, calls upwards of 75+ daily

• Pay Range: $20–22/hour, $22+ for anyone that has Property or Casualty license

• System: Talkdesk phone system (experience a plus)

• Training: Onsite initially, then moves into flexible, rotational schedules

• Licensing: Property & Casualty License preferred – Willing to obtain (client pays for it!)
