Job Posting: Material Handler

Hire Dynamics is seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler to join our team at Boysen USA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a sit down forklift and be responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials throughout the facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift to move materials and products safely
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Stage raw materials and finished goods in appropriate locations
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of forklift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sit-down forklift experience (recent and verifiable)
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Position Details:

• Pay: $17.50 / hour
• Shift: A  –  6:30am to 5pm (10 hour shifts and OT as needed)
• Schedule: BMW Schedule/Rotating Days
