Job Posting: Machine Setter

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re partnering with our client in Honea Path, SC to find motivated individuals for Machine Setter positions. 

Must be able to train on 1st shift (730a-5:30p M-Th) for 4-6 weeks. 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Basic math skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to stand 100% of the workday

• Material handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical background or previous setter experience

• Forklift certification

• Ability to read blueprints

• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate OD, ID, Rib, and Finishing equipment

• Rotate between workstations and manufacturing cells as needed

• Load/unload materials and handle components

• Use gauges, inspection tools, and follow setup procedures to ensure precision

• Monitor machines and make necessary adjustments

• Use SPC and data collection tools to track performance

• Perform TPM functions and routine maintenance

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Accurately document all actions and inspection results

• Follow all quality and safety protocols

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, mechanical skill, and a commitment to safety and quality. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your contributions matter.
