Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Sewing Supervisor to lead a team of sewing machine operators in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities ????, a keen eye for detail ??, and a strong understanding of sewing techniques and textile materials ????. This role is critical in ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards ?, within budget ??, and delivered on time ??. ?? Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the sewing production floor ?? Lead and support a team of sewing machine operators to meet production goals and deadlines ?? Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications ? Collaborate with production planners to align output with scheduling requirements ?? Train and mentor team members on sewing techniques, safety protocols, and quality control ???? Monitor and maintain workflow efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues ?? Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards ?? Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and performance metrics ?? Job Requirements ??
