Responsible for all activities associated with safely operating and caring for the clamp truck as well as assisting in the operation of the roll to roll digital printing machine.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take rolls of paper to the digital printer and record all rolls on the proper forms
• .Learn to read lineups.
• Mark buttrolls as to the size, diameter, lineal footage, and grade before returning to stock.
• Unload rolls from trailers, check, and note any physical damage to the rolls.
• Scan rolls to location.Use Mill wide for consumption and roll stock receipts.
• Operate the clamp truck in a safe manner.
• Complete clamp truck inspection report at the beginning of each shift and turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Turn in roll stock tallies to the Supervisor or Scheduling Department.
• Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
• Adheres to daily production schedule.
• Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, delivery and service goals.Assist the operator as instructed by supervision.
• Read related MSDS and learn proper response for emergency chemical spills or skin contact.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

Hire Dynamics is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector (Structural Lab) to support our structural lab operations. This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for ensuring tooling accuracy and maintaining high product quality standards. Accuracy is essential, as errors in this role can directly impact—and potentially stop—production.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision-based work, problem-solving, and working independently in a clean, structured lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and inspections on tooling and product samples
• Prepare and produce sample packaging units
• Create and process rubber “blankets” (laminated tooling materials)
• Apply rubber to tooling to protect cutting blades and frames
• Remove excess material not required for production
• Operate cutting equipment using digital design files (basic computer input required)
• Assemble sample boxes (cutting, folding, and gluing as needed)
• Support engineering team with lab-related tasks
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all processes

Daily Production Expectations

• Produce 0–10 rubber blankets per day
• Complete approximately 20 samples per day
• Perform tooling-related tasks 2–3 times per week, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per task

Spray Coat Candidates must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to move quickly as this is on a conveyor belt that that is moving the plywood to be sprayed the last time.

Candidates are in charge of making sure all wood is aligned side by side with no gaps or overlapping.

Full PPE is required
