Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documents. Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and measurements. Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable work history and strong attendance record. Basic computer skills for production documentation and data entry. High school diploma or GED preferred.
