Facility Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify safety concerns, repair needs, and improvement opportunities
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
