•Minimum of 1 year with commercial painting. (there will be a painting test given before a position is offered) 

Key Responsibilities:
• Surface Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and
applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability.
• Painting: Apply high-quality industrial coatings and paints to metal bus enclosures,
ensuring smooth, even coverage while following safety and environmental
guidelines.
• Touch-ups and Finishing: Inspect and perform touch-ups on painted surfaces,
ensuring all areas are evenly covered and meet company standards.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of finish quality and consistency,
inspecting all painted components for defects or imperfections.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear proper protective
equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and suits, to ensure a safe working
environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain painting equipment,
such as spray guns, compressors, and other tools, ensuring they are in good working
condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including production,
assembly, and quality control staff, to meet project deadlines and production
schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of paint processes, material usage, and
any other relevant work activities for compliance and reporting purposes

Testing

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Start up and shut down machines according to production schedules
• Monitor paperboard exiting the machine; adjust tension and alignment as needed
• Check gauges and controls to maintain quality and speed
• Adjust machine settings for cuts, scores, and glue application
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report issues to maintenance
• Inspect finished paperboard for defects and verify dimensions using a tape measure
• Maintain production logs with job details and machine settings
• Assist with machine set-up changes for different styles and configurations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment;
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• throughout the shift when necessary;
• 2-3 years of forklift experience
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
• Must be able to execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
• Must have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

As a TIG/MIG Welder, this position is vital as it provides the foundation for a strong infrastructure that will need to meet all Tier 1 Automotive standards.

Responsibilities

 • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures 

• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements

 • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material with powered saws to match measurements)

 • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded • Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces

 • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)

 • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps

 • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws

 • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety  

**Prior to being accepted for the position you must pass a weld test - Thin Cage Stainless Steel**  Skills (Required) 

• Proven experience as welder - using foot pedal

 • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)

 • Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)

 • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
