Problem – The client was having issues finding a high volume of quality talent to fill roles in a timely manner.

Solution – Hire Dynamics built a bench of qualified candidates using a variety of sources that fit the position requirements and even had reserve candidates for the training classes in case there were any drop-offs.

Results – The client experienced a 90% graduation rate of qualified talent for each class, exceeding their goal of 80%.

 

National Contact Center Known for Automotive Trading
Problem – In an effort to be more cost effective, the client was attempting to fill all of their contact center positions in-house. As a result, they were experiencing issues with high turnover and quality of talent.

Solution – We offered a more efficient hiring strategy to save the client time and money by building a qualified bench of talent and screening them prior to sending them to the client.

Results – Interview to hire ratio improved from 6-to-1 to nearly 2-to-1. Moreover, turnover improved as did the quality of talent, earning them the BenchmarkPortal “Center of Excellence” certification, ranking them in the top 10 percent for customer service efficiency and effectiveness.

Problem – The client was having issues with its current staffing provider filling 2nd shift positions with qualified talent during peak times.

Solution – We offered an innovative and creative approach to on-site coverage and quick turnaround fill ratios for large volume orders of over 50 people.

Results – Hire Dynamics led the other staffing agencies 5 out of 6 times in turnover percentage and received a score from the client of 100% accuracy on attendance and tracking/training audit. Additionally, over 120 Hire Dynamics associates have been hired full-time with the client.

Solution – Our operations team asked to visit the facility to better understand the type of positions needing to be filled. We started successfully filling hard-to-find and undesirable positions and helped resolve their compliance issues with our extensive background and screening processes.
